About Emma Lo
Emma competed in NCFCA for 6 years of speech and 5 years of debate. During her first three years of TP she won the first national mixer of the season back to back to back. In 2024, she won the largest mixer without dropping a round (200+ competitors). In total, she has won over two dozen tournaments.
Recently Emma and Nathan won the 2024 National Championship in TP. Their affirmative case never lost an out round during the 2023-2024 season. She was also a quarterfinalist at the 2023 Coolidge Cup and runner up at the 2024 Cup. Emma has a passion for helping students and has mentored students in her club for the past several years, helping their journey from novices to seasoned, strategic debaters. She believes that the most effective persuasion comes from learning to appeal to all types of communication styles.
