Features of the Nile Subscription

Team Policy Seminars

This service is exclusive to Nile Debate where you can get hands on coaching as part of a group. Our interactive coaching will take place twice a month, covering requested topics from cross-ex to a successful impromptu negative.

Parliamentary Seminars

Our coaches have experience in both high school and college parliamentary debate. Once a month, there is an interactive workshop where our coaches cover strategies and skills necessary for parliamentary debate. These sessions often end with a practice round, so coaches are able to ensure that members are implementing the skills covered in the seminar. This is not your typical parliamentary coaching!

Top Quality Briefs

Balancing thorough team policy research with family, school, jobs, and hobbies is difficult. Our service makes that balance easier by supplying 2 quality LD briefs and 2 quality TP briefs a month for each league. These will target major cases in the league or, as requested, topical briefs.

Unlimited Private Coaching

Our on hand coach Brad Tomasovic, a Nile co-founder, national policy champion, and current collegiate debater offers first come first serve one-on-one coaching.

Personalized Speech and Case Feedback

With several years of speech experience, dozens of tournament wins and collectively 4 NITOC finals appearances we can help you break plateaus or even learn a new event. Whether it's an extemporaneous, platform, or 1AC speech, we give written, personalized feedback for each of our members.

Hear What Our Customers Say!

My brother and I easily place Nile at a 10/10. For the price we paid, it more than paid back dividends. Even though we had a good grasp of debate prior to Nile coaching, it opened our eyes to new perspectives on debate. The cross-pollination of all the coaches was invaluable to us. I would highly recommend Nile to new and experienced debaters alike.

Luke and Caleb Gile

I've tried a lot of different online coaching services like this, and Nile is the only one that's worth my money and time. With older, more popular services like Ethos and Lasting Impact, they're mostly teaching the same old ideas in lectures and the briefs become too meta to be used after a few tournaments. In summary, a coaching service that's higher-quality and more applicable than others for half the price of the alternatives should be a no-brainer.
